Use

  You can use the Present 
    Continuous for future 
arrangements which we have 
planned for a fixed time or 
           place.
The Present Continuous is specially 
   common with the expressions: 
      tonight, tomorrow, this 
  weekend, etc and with the verbs 
  go, come, meet, see, leave and 
               arrive.
E.g.We´re having dinner at their house tomorrow.
Don´t use the Present Simple for 
               this.

            Don´t say:
