Our ID-Smartphone covers differ from other smartphone covers because
they are indivdullay designed. There are already some groups who produce
covers on which you may have printed your own photos.
BUT: There are no firms which produce covers on which can be printed
photos, wallpapers of our assortment, patterns which can be created by the
customers themselves or of our product line. It is also possible to print your
own text or motto in each color and typeface on the cover. Added to this it
can be decided which sort of cover you want:
Bumper, stylish hardcovers, waterresistent wrappers etc.

4. Discription Webpage
There will be a site on which can be decided how the customers want to
create their own covers.
The site should be very clearly, each step of the fabrication should be easy
to understand:
1. Sort of the cover and its color
2. Wallpapers or photos of our customer
3.Patterns and/or clients text or motto
Our example is the Applesite where you see everything important at a look
and everything is easy to order.
5. Discription Warehouse and
Delivery
We would like to rent a warehouse within a factory in
the middle of Europe. This has the big advantage that
we have short ways of delivery in every country of
Europe and we have no high cost of delivering our
production to the warehouse because of the factory
nearby.
7. Target audience
A lot of people have smartphones at least one billion
humans. That is the reason why we think that many
people at all ages would buy our covers beacuse they
want to protect their phone but not with an ugly bumper.
This is the point where our group comes into play
because we sell protecting individual covers which are
looking really cool and and aren't that expensive.
9. Location & Sales
Sales: We will have a webpage on which the covers can
be bought (compare p.4) in the three languages: English,
Spanish and German.
Location: The warehouse would be preferably in the heart
of Europe so it's easy for us to deliver all the covers in all
cities of Europe. Next to the warehouse should by a little
factory which produces the custo- mized covers. Soth ere
wont be high costs of transportation.

S – Strengths- they are unique, can be individually
designed and are not expensive
W – weaknesses- maybe not a lot of people have
smartphones, therefore they woudn't buy our covers.
O – opportunities- There is a big market because
everyone has a smartphone, easy to put into reality.
T- threats- there isn’t any.
