timekeeping procedures; serve as alternate for approving employee timesheets. Travel arranger duties
such as booking travel through corporate travel system in accordance with current GSA rates and JTR
regulations. Review, compile and file all expense reports for all program personnel through internal
expense reporting system. Local facility maintenance duties such as maintaining office supply
inventory; coordinating all on-site meetings; assist Operations Manager in oversight of all vendor
services along with coordinating necessary improvements and repairs for the facility. Finance Liason
duties such as paying certain vendor or facility related invoices as needed; assist budget analyst with
monthly budget reconciliation for labor charges, travel expense charges and other direct charges being
billed to the government contract; reporting billing discrepancies to management; assist with
budget/cost for proposals; ordering and maintaining credit cards for all program personnel. Relocation
coordination and scheduling for current contract along with other government contracts as directed by
corporate. Maintain government required training documents and generate qualified personnel listing
to contract prime and the government. Along with the Program Director, oversee administrative
assistant’s day to day duties and responsibilities. HR Liason duties such as assisting with new hire
orientations and collection of paperwork; disseminate all changes, updates and general information to
all program employees as directed by corporate HR; generating new position requirements along with
running advertising for those positions; vetting resumes per government labor categories for
qualifications; assisting employees with interpretation and adherence to company policies and
procedures.
