3. Transparency
Mobile IP mechanism must be invisible to higher level protocol
& applications.
The applications must able serve effectively even in general
issues of the mobile networking like lower bandwidth &
interruption in services.
The mobile end-system should continue to keep its IP address
& the IP address is to be managed transparently with no effect
of mobility on an on-going communication.

4. Compatibility
Mobile IP should be compatible with the existing
Internet Protocols.
Mobile IP should not introduce any new tech in
networking layers and must support all web browsers.
Enhanced mobile system must still able to
communicate with stable end-point that has no mobile
IP feature.

5. Security
Mobile IP may Poses Issues like Authenticating Mobile IP .
The host must receive packets from the HA , who is the
responsible to check receiver's IP address is correct or not.
If attacker has fake IP then there is no easy way to find it,
which leads to easily compromises the high level protocols
used by applications.
Mobile IP should provide users with secure communications
over the Internet as much as possible.

6. Efficiency & Scalability
Enhancing IP should not flood the network with
new messages & new mew mechanisms must not
compromises the efficiency.
Mobile IP must also be expandable so much to
support billions of moving hosts and also various
devices like laptop , cell phones etc.,
