Tran Van Doan Tu graduated from HCMC University of Polytechnics in 1993. Throughout
14 years working, with devotion and infinite love for his job, Mr. Tụ has opportunity to use
his designing and management talent in his projects including Industrial – manufacturing
warehouses and Cold storages, Commercial – office/shop complexes, automotive
dealerships, Fuel Station Canopy and Large Retail Outlet such as Petec Warehouse

Tran Van Hoang graduated from HCMC University of Polytechnics in 1997, and completed
his master degree in 2003. During 10 years working experiences, Hoang has accumulated
much experience through various projects which is appointed as Chief Engineer and
Factory Production Manager in charge of production, executive producer of components,
items of steel works, direct the construction of steel works, industrial building, structure or
apartment, prepare tender documents, making payment records steel works; Namely here
some projects undertaken by him: design of the cross rhythm K60m and K50m aperture,
the plug 3 is also phase 1 and phase 2 in Phu My Industrial Park, SMC Steel Factory in Ba
Ria Vung Tau, Posco- VHPC, Seah; U&I warehouses, Megastar Seating Flat form System

Graduated from Ho Chi Minh Polytechnic University, Major : Civil Construction & Industrial
in 1993, Nghia has accumulated a lot of experiences during his working life with many
companies as different jobs. He used to be Supervisor Engineer of Defico Company, Vice
Director of Mai Linh Real Estate Corporation. Since 2004, Mr. Nghia joined Truong Phu
Pre-engineered Steel Building and appointed as Vice Director. Nghia had taken part in
designing and supervising the construction of dozens of prestigious projects such as Free
Trend 1-9 workshops at Linh Trung Industrial Zone, Columbia Hospital, Workshops IDC
New Port, White feather’s Mỹ Phước Industrial Zone, Bình Dương, Ánh Bình Minh Factory
production at Tam Phước Industrial Zone, Đồng Nai. He also holds another two degree
about Fulbright Economics Teaching programs, Co-designing practice certificate.

Phu completed his bachelor degree in 2006 respectively in Ho Chi Minh City University of
Polytechnic. During 6 working years experience, Phu was appointed to hold important role
as Factory Director of Truong Phu Construction & Steel Structure Joint Stock Company.
Phu was set up the factory in scientific way and gain a lot of valuable experience in
production, executive producer of components, items of steel works. Direct the construction
of steel works, industrial building, prepare tender documents, making records steel work,
contact, counseling, keep relationships with customers

Starting his career by joining BlueScope Building, an Australian group specialized in
construction and materials, Tri was able to gather a lot of valuable experiences on projects
management and modern design techniques as a factory manager/ site owner. He
managed and be responsible for production, maintenance warehouse, stock quality and
safety, security of site owner. After working here for more than 9 years, Tri had taken part
in project management of Truong Phu pre-engineered steel buildings. Mr. Tri has been
trustingly assigned to be site construction manager and project Director of many big
projects including in oversea market such as Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia and India.
Tri finished bachelor of Civil Engineering from Polytechnics University of Ho Chi Minh City,
Bachelors of Economics Diploma, Quality Management for construction projects and
professional selling Skills and other international training programmed.

OUR FACTORY
We follow strict quality measures that confirm to all quality parameters of ISO
standard. Machinery system for manufacturing pre-fabricated steel structures such
as Hydraulic Cutting, CNC Cutting Machine, Automatic Welding System, Auto beam
straightening machine, Blasting Machines which is capable to produce more than
20,000 tons per year.

Built in February 2007 and have been using since October of 2007.
Stage 3: Weld Structural
Components are welded by both turtle-welds and welded gates. The quality of welding is in accordance with design.
Before welding, the preparation of welds should be matched to the welding process, scrub cleaned, and sanitary weld at both sides.
The method of visual inspection and measuring equipment must be inspected during welding by the engineering department.

Stage 4: Beam Straighten I
To avoid the phenomenon of curving due to thermal distortion,
the process of fitting I and transportation between the space components, structures were put into bending by automatically beam
bending machine to ensure technical accuracy, after installation, matching in tolerance processing.

§ This phase, components is classified into the bit cut adjustment, eight links, ribs reinforcement and other extra details

Stage 7: Hole Drilling
We drill the hole with eight links associated and the other details side by drill hole machine, ensuring the geometric
dimensions of the hole does not affect the mechanical properties of steel.
The drill holes are made parallel with the production of components.

Clean the components with automatic ball sprayer (eight jets) with small steel balls, and big power sprayer to clean
the surface of structural steel components.

Stage 9: Paint Completing.
Modern American painting machine, make sure the paint thickness is 35-38 μm / 01 paint.
Before painting, the surface components are cleaned by wire brush or grinder

Test surface and the thickness of the paint have the technical personnel in charge to
ensure the product meets the high aesthetic.
