About us

HTP E & C JSC is a civil & MEP engineering company.
Established in 2011 as a joint stock company.
HTP E & C is based on the strength of a team of talented archi-
tects, skilled engineers trained from Japan and a group of satellite companies, built based on ten years
of cooperative relationships of Shareholders - Whom Co-Founders of HTP E & C. We are proud of ca-
pacity to meet customer needs is maximized in every respect.
Our mission is to remain reliable and efficient forefront of
the construction industry in Vietnam through quality, com-
petitive service and optimized solution.

What we think

As a full-service construction company, HTP E&C essentially as-
sists clients from the very outset to the completion of their proj-
ect. We become partners with our clients in understanding the
five basic functions of:
• Defining and establishing the scope of the construction project
• Pre-construction project planning including preparation and scheduling of the projects, phasing
plans, budgeting/cost-modeling, subcontractor qualification etc.
• On-site execution of the project includes scheduling, quality control, safety management, subcontrac-
tor management, status reporting and change management.
• Monitoring and controlling the project
• Closing of the project related to the post construction activities.

Quality is the highest importance to all team members at HTP E&C.
We are continually evaluating and improving the level of service we offer our clients to ensure the
reputation for quality on which we are proud of ourselves is maintained and grown. We are com-
mitted to provide projects that are not only fit-for-purpose, but also exceed the expectation in terms
of quality of build and functionality. Our reputation from both the quality of project management
and finished projects is achieved through our proven Quality Management System. Our QMS is an
integral part of our company management activity and is implemented through a comprehensive set
of procedures and controls which are documented in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Our QMS
follows six basic Principles of Quality:
1. Provide for long-term quality control through established processes and systems.
2. Nurture and guide our Quality Culture through its proven policies and procedures.
3. Successfully identify and control the quality standard and quality of design as defined by our
clients.
4. Plan the Quality: Identifying measures of achieving the required quality, including construction
method, equipment, materials and personnel.
5. Ensure the Quality: Encouraging all parties to “Work Together to Deliver the Best – First Time”
6. Provide for a process of continuous improvement correcting any potential quality deficiencies that
may arise.
