As part of the senior project management team my role includes programming (both pre
and post contract), design development and co-ordination of services, I liaise with the
commercial team for both client and subcontractor negotiations and accounts, customer
relations throughout the project, health and safety requirements both prior to
commencement, throughout the project and reviews post completion. I ensure company
site standards are maintained as a minimum, manage, control and liaise with
contractors regarding all site activities, I make sure there is good communication within
the project and site teams including meetings, briefings, development and mentoring.

Site based, contracts included D&B interior projects and Sushi Samba Restaurant at
Heron Tower Liverpool Street.

Technical refurbishment and Brompton and Hammersmith Hospitals. Phased project in
occupation with live laboratories over 10 floors project included, new high and low
voltage installation with sequential switching to maintain services to occupied floors.
New infrastructure including, new steel gantries to all floors and roof to carry mechanical
and electrical services (steam supplies, LTHW, Chilled water, Supply and Extract
Ventilation and Domestic Services).
Each phase required demobilisation of staff, asbestos removal and encapsulation.
Decontamination including, biological and radiation hazards. Isolation of services and
demolition of existing internal structure. Construction of offices, general laboratories,
specialist laboratories and write up areas. Cryogenics and radiation stores were
constructed with works carried out to form new library and canteen.
