2. WORK EXPERIENCE
10 years
2012-2015: I am currently working on personal housing project – From 1 to 20 stores house, interior finishing including. My role is
working with the owner, give them consultant base on their budget, make a list of client requirements. I have a designer staff work
for me base on the noted requirements and basic design created by me for the design Contract. My staff will looking for a suitable
Subcontractor for project then checking their ability and Subcontractor choosing is my responsibility. I also have responsibility with
drawing, finishing material choosing, make a schedule for the supervisor staff and run the Construction & Finishing Contract of the
project till the owner come into their house to live. 2012-2014: Housing design & Construction, 2014-1015: Apartment design &
Finishing.
2010-2012: I lead a staff work as Local Consultant Subcontractor for Office building and Highrise Residential building. The
investors (Vietnam & Foreign) hire the Foreign Main Consultants. The main consultants create concept design and basic design,
after that I lead my team develop the technical drawing and construction drawing base on that with the Local consultant. This is a
period of time I have many work experience with foreign Consultant Companies such as Regus (England), Thaisankei International
Co.,Ltd (Japan), CPG (Singapore); MAC (Korea); Finenco Architects (Italia), Favreau Blais Architectes (Canada).
2008-2010: I work as an architect, create idea, make a concept and basic design for Office building and Highrise Residential
building.
2005-2008: I work for 2 Companies as an architect, sometime as an interior designer.
