The star of the month program is meant to highlight behaviors and
performance that reflect the company culture and help achieve its goals.
Important points –
Need to decide at the outlet level.
Parameters were given to RM for the same.
R & R
Star of the Badge to the employee.
Certificate & Appreciation letter.
Gift voucher or gift ( Need to decide )
Photo on the star of the month board.
Email everyone with a short brief.

4. Birthday celebrations
● Single cake cutting ceremony can be done for all the birthdays in the
month.
● Daily Birthday emailer from the HR team to the outlet.
● Call from CM or City Manger on birthday to staff. Or in-person meeting if
any office staff is in outlet for the visit.
5. Staff party
The same day all over the company. ( First Sunday of every month after dinner operations is purposed)
Achievement & target brief.
R & R for performance.
Goal & target setting for a month.
Dance and cultural event.
Special dinner.
7. Weekly achievements celebrations
The power of doing weekly R & R is given to the outlet management team.
These can be done in briefing or at day end.
Different category for ref. –
For sale appreciation.
Any name in feedback.
Store-level competitions.
Grooming king.
To motivate etc.
8. Budget
Rs. 150/- per staff * no of staffing in the outlet.
Notes-
This amount will be used for the purchase of gifts by the outlet manager for
distribution.
9. Things required
● Approval for monthly R&R budget.
● Purchase of star of the month badges & notice board etc.
● Certificate and appreciation letter printing.
● Meeting with all the RM to brief them all the ideas and who to Implement
these at outlet level.
