  1. 1. …do what I say I will do. You can count on it. And take it to the bank!
  2. 2. …love to have fun! But I define fun as getting results for clients and crushing my budgets and goals.
  3. 3. …set personal goals much higher than those my company sets for me.
  4. 4. …am prepared and ready to go! I don't wing anything. I practice, practice, practice.
  5. 5. …research my client's business so I don’t waste their time or mine. I show my clients I care by putting in the work before we meet.
  6. 6. …embrace technology and use the resources that improve my business.
  7. 7. …provide detailed and timely follow-up for my prospects, clients, and coworkers.
