mean.
• Establish and implement project plan, management of project budget and resources, revenues and
profitability forecast.
• Responsible to detect work barriers and suggest appropriate risk alleviation methods, initiate technical
reviews, manage team allocation, organize qualified personnel for specified tasks and prepare
monthly progress report.
• Progress monitoring and liaising of the work with contractors and consultant to ensure timely delivery
of project schedules implementing the necessary measures for proper & timely execution.
• Take-off all quantities of materials and activities. (QS)
• Calculate precise quantities of lump-sum and inclusive items.
• Check the re-measured and provision items.
• Prepare comparison sheets between BOQ quantities and actual quantities.
• Prepare monthly payment application to client with supporting documents
