Responsible for working related to new projects, maintenance and renovations starting from
capex write up till closing the projects. developing the schedule and budget,
monitoring/updating progress, gain final acceptance of the product and complete financial
closure, etc.
Duties:
 Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
 Supervising Projects: including contractors and sub-contractors.
 Attending meetings and competently communicate with stockholders, Contractors and
owner.
 Submit timely project progress and states report to Projects Manager and Engineering
Director
 Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification.
 Monitor and control all over all progress ,project schedule and invoices.
 Support procurement team in contractor evaluations and selection.
