3 years in UAE and 2years in Pakistan
Responsibilities of Job:
 Ensure /monitor preplanning work activities for safety - risk assessment, job safety
analysis etc.
 Ensure that safety meeting is conducted and documented as planned.
 Coordinating/liaison with the local authorities ADM, EAD Civil defense etc to
understand the current regulations.
 Designing and implementation / maintenance of HSE plan.
 Designing and implementation / maintenance traffic segregation plan.
 Good knowledge for ESTIDAMA (ABU DHABI Sustainability initiatives -pearl building
rating system) Ensure compliance with ESTIDAMA waste management and other
relevant requirements.
 Carryout meetings with ESTIDAMA and assist in carrying out estidama audits
 Adept in identifying training needs , designing training modules / workshop and
establishing focus on enhancing EHS standards through training and development
 Ensure implementation of job specific health, safety and environment plan & emergency
evacuation plan.
 Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
 Ensure that corrective action is taken when there is an unsafe practice.
 Awareness and importance of all safety rules and regulation in the company.
 Ensure that subcontractors operate in safe manner and comply with the project safety
policy.
 Carryout regular inspection on all sites and record results, and comply safety statistics.
 Advice the concerned departments in planning and organizing measures necessary for the
effective control of accidents/incidents which results injury to the personnel as well as
damage to the property.

3.  Ensure site security, First Aid and welfare facilities are in good condition and easily
accessible.
 Conduct safety induction and Safety training.
 Prepare and issue monthly report to the project management.
 Conduct investigation on all accidents/incidents, near misses and dangerous occurrences.
