Company Activities:
The Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA) was established under the
Northern Corridor Implementation Authority Act 2008 (Act 687) as the authority
responsible for providing direction and for devising policies and strategies in relation
to socio-economic development in the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER)
which encompasses 21 districts in Northern Peninsula Malaysia in the states of
Kedah, North Perak, Perlis and Penang.
The objectives of the Northern Corridor Implementation Authority are:-
a) To promote and accelerate the development of the NCER into a world class
economic region and a choice destination for investment, work and living; and
b) To ensure that social development and sustainable development are kept as
priorities whilst driving economic growth in the NCER.
In charge the total development cost of all these projects in NCER Region
amounting to RM280 million.

Managing development budget, procurement, tender, contract, project & daily
