o Etisalat business Center: Converting an existing Café to meet the new requirement and

o Etisalat Business Center Sharjah: Execution with successful completion the renovation
works of the business center located in Sharjah.
o Abu Dhabi International Airport: Renovation of the existing warehouse, redesign and
rebuilt to fit with a new function as deportee’s rooms.
o DHL Airport Branch: Renovation pf the Civil, Mechanical, Plumping and Electrical system for
the existing warehouse serving the cargos storage and delivery in the airport.
o Cozmo Travel Agency: Design and build scope of services to construct, and commission
them new offices with accordance to the Cozmo buildings brand of architecture.
o New Medical Center (NMC): Complete renovation works of the main lobby of the hospital
to meet the new proposed layout and including a new water features, HVAC system along
with new lighting setup and decorative architectural setup.
o Emirates French Hospital: Converting an existing rented flat to meet the clinical
requirements for new pharmacy.
o Etisalat Head Office Execution with successful completion the renovation works of the main
entrance and recreation area in Etisalat towers A and B located in the city center of Abu
Dhabi.
o Al Noor Hospital: Demolition of the existing flat in the same tower occupying the hospital to
meet the new offices design set by the hospital, along with installation/Commissioning of
the corresponding MEP system to be connected and integrated with the existing hospital’s
MEP structure.
o Al Noor Hospital: Execution with successful completion the Laboratory, Pharmacy, and
Cardiology projects for the hospital
o The Jail of Al Ain: Renovation works for the existing kitchen serving the jail
o Two Villas in Sa’adeyat Island: Finishing works for the villas along with landscaping services.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
4 FEST INTERIOR DECORATION LLC--DUBAI
Position: project manager

 Completely responsible of all the fit-out projects and other given projects from A-Z.
 Read & create construction designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using
specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
 Read engineering drawings and instruct workers to execute jobs accordingly.
 liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
 Write and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts
 Choose the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project & get the prices for
all the project’s elements.
 Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during
construction
 Make sure the project is running according to schedule and budget
 Travel regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings
 Follow up all projects & coordinate between the out sources & the company’s teams.

 Study and assessment of the project requirements during the proposal phase, to identify the scope
of services, staffing, logistics and legal terms in addition to the associated risks and facilitation
needed to execute the project;
 Preparation of the technical and financial proposal for the clients based on the RFP requirements
and conditions;
 Setting the project execution schedule and plan along with reviewing the design and specification
to meet the project design philosophy and Owner requirements;
 Reviewing the materials specifications from the associated vendors, sub-contractors and suppliers
to assure compliance with the design specifications;
 Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving
execution challenges.
 Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
along with recommended corrective actions.
 Facilitate maintaining safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and

 Coordination and supervision of the workers
 Provide schedules for the workers and assign tasks to construction laborers
 Construction site supervisors liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring
