My Tasks:
Directly Reporting to the Projects/Erection Manager, and responsible for all on site activities,
ensuring that they are done on schedule, to budget and in a safe manner. iam the first point of
liaison with clients on site and with various other subcontractors.
Segment Supervision-Technical
 responsible for the day to day supervision of the erection and other subcontractors, ensuring that
they are working on schedule, to budget and in a safe manner.
 Studying & Review GAD,contract scope of work and specifications of erection ,preparing site
requirement/element sequences plan and equipment.
 Direct construction/Erection, operation and final re-touching activities at projects site.
 Managing and distributing the work to staff at sites.
 daily basis contact-reporting to management/factory, planning team and loading for all updates and
requirements .
 Plan, supervise and monitor the activities of the designated area and its progress to ensure
maximum utilization of the given resources.
 Ensure that the erection procedures and required specifications are strictly followed.
 Monitor and follows up the requirements in erection sites such as heavy machinery, tools, manpower
and equipment.
 Review and confirms the erection requirements on all machinery, material & manpower needs.
 Serve as the company representative.
Erection Schedule Compliance
 Request for and monitor the required number of cranes, trailers and manpower in each of the
designated project site to meet the erection schedule.
 Coordinate with the Erection Manager the delivery of materials and precast element to the site.
Erection of Pre-Cast Elements
 Conduct site investigation and prepares the sequence of production, delivery and erection of the
precast elements.
 Prepare and submit to the immediate head the daily/ weekly Erection Status Report.
 Coordinate and monitors with the outsource company the production and delivery of the products to
the job sites.
 Coordinate with the client or client’s representative on site for any problem affecting the work and
submit a written report for management’s review and decision.
 Do project documentation including letters of approval, revisions, report of delays and other
substantial documents in the erection procedures.
Client Support
 Discuss and explain with client’s representative the site problems, coordination on forecast activity,
heavy machineries, manpower, tools and equipment and provides report to the immediate head.
 Monitor and follows up with the client for any change order and seeks approval for management’s
review and recording.
 Discuss and explain to the clients any new project as and when required.
Human Resources Management
 Monitor and conducts periodic performance reviews for all site personnel within the respective area.
 Initiate disciplinary action (if any) to ensure workplace safety, good employee conduct and the like.
 Identify training needs and arranges staff training in achieving company’s strategic plan
 Promote cooperation & team work and leads by example
 Maintain good relationships with internal functional groups and external clients.
Cost Control
 Follow up with the clients regarding monthly or periodic payments for the ongoing projects.
 Review, signs and submits all material invoices to the erection department for management review &
approval.
 Provide immediate decision to either hold or stop the erection activity based on the client’s financial
payment status and capabilities.

 Explain safe working practices and conduct weekly safety meetings.
 Submit reports of the nature of accidents and employee accident history and initiatives preventive
actions.
 Observe and enforce properly the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, face
masks and the like while inside the job site.
