This document summarizes user testing sessions for an instructional module about healthy eating and nutrition called "You're the Chef: Leafing Through the Greens". Various participants of different ages and backgrounds tested the module individually with the designers. Feedback indicated that the content may have been too advanced for young children and include more visuals over text. Testers also felt answers should be provided at the end rather than requiring looking up answers. The designers reflected on revisions needed based on the user testing results.
