human values and effectiveness.

knowledge he is best contributor. He
is mostly inspire the girls and their
relative improvement and
development..

3. He also help to lower cast
student and helping them
with built a hostel for them
and to fulfils that goal he faced a many
challenge and also not eat sweet for 3
year…

4. Mehurbhai is an entrepreneur since
1975.so its complete 40 year of his
leadership. He always motivate the
girls , also he built a girls school,
“kanya vidyalay valavad, sihor”.
He is Chairman of the this school and
in its very support for extra activity
as important as education.

5. Also believe in sport activity and their
student is a “state champion "and also
runners up in “National game”.
He is also chairman of Bhavnagar Dist.
Congress party, and vice chairman of
“BHAVNAGAR DIST CO-OPP. BANK LTD.”
He has also business of transport “khodiyar
transport”. So he is also good
businessman.

MEHURBHAI:
I am very grateful to you that you chose me
for this purpose, and too happy that you
believe that a I am a good contributor.

Sir how many years of experience you
have?
Mehurbhai:
I started my career in 1975.I faced many
challenge during this 40 year.

According to you, what is a job
satisfaction..?
(a) External satisfaction
(b) Internal satisfaction

Mehurbhai:
According to me both external
satisfaction and internal satisfaction..

9. Me:
Can you give me any example of your
personal experience in which you
demonstrate “you can do” attitude and
“overcome the “Fear of Failure”?
Mehurbhai:
In 1995 he loose the election of Bhavnagar
Jilla panchayat.
But after he achieve congress chairman of
Bhavnagar dist. Last 12 year. So according to
him the failure is starting step of the success.

What is your short term vision? And
what is your Long term Vision?
Mehurbhai:
As per his knowledge he believe that a
starting a new activity is very easy but
to maintain it a very long time is a very
difficult so he like to maintain their
interaction with help needed people.

Sometimes in your carrier you might a
faced your junior are not working
according to your expectation. How do
you make them work??
Mehurbhai:
If they use wrong method or technique
then tell them experience of that and
also believe in hard work and make
interest in their work, give them
opportunity to prove your self.

What is your message or an advice for
future engineer or any suggestion for
youth??
Mehurbhai:
He want all international company
have indian enginner as a head of
department and and make our
nation bright and educated..

Where are you a tired or feeling boring to
solving the people’s problem or to
helping them???
Mehurbhai:
God send me on this earth only for helping
the people and to solve them problem so
I never tired or boring but feel very
happy..
