beings, he serves during his work.
l Contributor try their best to solve the problems and
get the solutions that can help the society.

5. • He has a teaching experience of 23 years.
His vision of success is to make INDIA
literate. He thinks the contribution that
a teacher gives to the society is not
possible for others to do.
• On daily basis, he takes his work as a
challenge so that at the end of the day
he could establish new.
• He takes challenges in a positive way
and as opportunity to deliver the best he
could.

6. • His message to all engineers is that they
should always think to least the problems of
the peoples by their gained knowledge and
make the world a better place to live.
• According to him, to make task possible
working in a team , the members should have
mutual understanding. Following this , any
difficult task can be completed.
• We should believe in the organization we are
working with.

7. • He has “you can do” attitude and has
overcome the “fear of failure”.
• For example: Instead of being blind, he has
acquired the skill of trekking. Adding to this,
he had made provision in the school to teach
trekking skills to blind students.
