As for Gender?
 For gender, my music magazine will revolve around
males. The hip-hop genre was stereotypically
pointed towards males and I decided to conform to
the stereotypes in order to appeal to male audience
only and I believe it will work best in that way
Target Demographic
 My target demographic will mainly be based on
young adults and teenagers aged 14-30. I believe
that the majority of this age range will enjoy hip-
hop music frequently enabling a stimuli for my
media product to succeed.
 My front cover involved a
chrome background with a red
tint to it. I did this as my colour
scheme was red and the colour
red manages to attract both
male and female audience being
a primary colour. I also used a
male model in order to create a
sense of attraction towards the
female audience creating a
wider selling point.
My Class Survey
 At the start of this project I had to run a class survey
within my media class in order to determine how
many people enjoyed hip-hop music as well as how
many people agreed with my initial ideas of my music
magazine. Through the results I have gathered I have
discovered that over 60% enjoy hip-hop music and
over 80% agree with using dark and heavy colours
such as red and black etc. On the other hand over 80%
like the name “Trademarked” as it creates a sense of
originality for the magazine. 40% involved other
genres.
 I believe that my magazine will appeal to my target
demographic as the genre of hip-hop is listened to
by young adults and teenagers which will increase
the chances of my magazine being to able to
attract as my magazine consists of a continuous
colour scheme as well as the use of my models.
