To monitor the Internal/External of Acid tanks projects and rubber lining
projects and ensure to update the contracts manager from time to time so that
sufficient capable resources to meet deadlines. Maintain regular liaison with all
the clients and contracts manager on the progress of projects by preparing the
necessary report.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To manage and Controlling a portfolio of rubber lining project and Acid tank
project.
• Responsible in monitoring the project portfolio for the company and clients in
order
• To give the best result in terms of clients satisfaction and company financial
profitability.
• Submit weekly report to the Contracts manager for the project updates. Etc.

5. • Ensure that the crew who will carry out the work was having proper
documentation before mobilising.
• With the support of the commercial team, ensure that the contracts are in place
before work commences. Approved expenditures within limits of delegated
authority.
• Maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the crew to provide quality works
to the clients.
• Project Material Planning, Placing Order for Hiring Machineries / Equipment’s as
project requirements, Placing Enquires for Quotes, Minimum Receive three
quote for tabulation and confirm with the supplier the material availability and
price negotiation and final approval with Contract Manager.
• Material Inventory Control Update with Stores, stock availability and
outstanding materials status.
• Close relation with project site team, Daily work schedule, Material
Planning,Daily Project Updating, Etc.
• All the Vessels & Spools physical Identification and Keeping separate coating
bay with identification and project code.
