Introduction
The purpose of the lessons learned document for the Campus Tree Planting Project is to gather the lessons learned in a certified document. This
document will be used by prospective project managers who will work on comparable projects. This document will be used for new project planning
and will be useful for all managers to know what to do and what to avoid in the future.

This report is based off a lessons learned sources document attached separately, the categories are: Issue Name, Problem/Success, Impact, and

Lessons Learned for Project milestones:
All milestones were realistically set and met! Budgeting and purchasing of the trees was pretty much on target, the team worked with the vendor to
stay within the budget and purchasing of the trees, surveying the area digging and tree planting. Recommendations: Always set a realistic schedule
and goals and stick to it if possible. Utilize experts to give good advice and guidance.
Lessons Learned for Project milestones 2:
All milestones were met; but there was not a risk management plan established. Recommendations: Plan a procedure of determining how to organize
and implement risk management actions during the course of the life cycle a project. This will help avoid any enormous setbacks.

My Failures During My Group Project
Another failure that I faced during this class was working with my group project. I am not used to having group projects but whenever I did have
them, I always worked with people I knew well. I knew I had to try my best and put effort in communicating more with my group members. Although,
I tried my best to communicate with others, despite a prolonged or no response. I still failed in asking questions or clarifying information I was not

I can read people and can provide a boost of morale be it a joke, a pat on the back, a unique outlook on the issue at hand that can start a brainstorming
session, or just even a smile and a nod to someone that is struggling.

In my undergraduate work, almost all of my classes that were directly related to my major required at the least one group project. In the beginning
this was not something I was very fond of mostly because I had some bad experiences when it came to working with others on projects. Usually it

I never have been great in group project because coordinating everything we all have to do is difficult. Simply finding a meeting time that
everyone can attend is difficult and finding time for everyone to sit down and work can be a challenge. Everyone's schedule is different, and each
person has other responsibilities, so adding another task can be a problem. One person may have an exam due on that day, another person may

The first time I met with my group I was impressed. Everyone was so dedicated to making sure our project was well written and thoroughly
detailed. Kaiyah was the typist in our group, she was so determined to get the job done and she knew she had a lot of weight on her shoulders to

This week I would like to discuss about a past decision made for the group project on one of my nursing class. There was a total of six people in

This case was not an exception. While each member of the team has worked hard to maintain communication and work as a team there have been
obstacles. The group having no prior experience with the work quality habits or methods of the others in the group along with not all of us having the

One thing to keep in mind is that as each of these processes are being done; it could bring new insights into the project which may require some of the
previous created project documents to be updated. The processes in the Planning Process Group may be repeated or re–addressed several times as the
project progresses. It is also important to note that the outputs of certain processes serve as inputs to other processes within the Planning Process

Also, I propose that instead of having things posted by 5:00 PM, we should have until 10:00PM. Having something due at 5PM is basically saying to
have something due the day before. Some people have to work and don't even get off until 6:00PM, making it fairly difficult to turn in anything of merit
