7. Mood Board Analysis
Is there any repetition in the images you have collected? Repeated
colours/images styles/fonts/tone/mood
• Yes, I like the red colours as they stand out, and its more ‘loud’, it
makes people look, and want to know what is inside the magazine.
• I liked the more ‘grungy’ magazines such as kerrang, as they are not
as main-stream as the others like billboard and GQ, but it is still
popular.
How will your mood board influence your final product?
• I am aiming to make a music magazine that is bit different and
quirky, but with aspects of the more frequently known about
magazines too. I want to mix up the types of music in the magazine
and make something different from the usual magazine.
