It is comprised of intrapersonal skills, interpersonal skills, adaptability, and stress management abilities. The intrapersonal realm concerns self-awareness and self-management skills like emotional self-awareness, assertiveness, independence, self-regard, and self-actualization. The interpersonal realm involves skills like empathy, social responsibility, and relationship management. Adaptability includes problem-solving, reality testing, flexibility, stress tolerance, and impulse control.
