• Open new business relationships.
• Measuring and analyzing the performance of the marketing department.
• Creating market strategy.
• Supervision of staff under his charge, ensuring planning activities, priorities and
achieving results.
• Management and efficient control of operating expenses of the subsidiary of Puerto
Rico, spending review and records, ensuring that they are in line with the budget.
• Interact face-to-face with consumers at field marketing campaigns to promote
products, provide excellent customer service, and facilitate client acquisition.
• Develop marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Manage implementation of product launches.

• Work with Executive and Product management teams to develop and implement
marketing strategy that achieves business objective.
• Conduct market research and analysis, using data from customers and competitors
to identify insights and opportunities.
• Manage print production and distribution of marketing materials.

• Update all social media sites, Company website and blog.
• Maintain and update all property listings on a regular basis to assure they accurately
reflect current property facts, figures and positioning.
• Develop and implement strategic business plan for the Malaysia.
• Plan and organize training for customers and dealers.
• Support Field Operations Manager in implementation of sales and marketing plans.
• Provide support to dealers and sales teamin sales process.
• Own the setup and implementation of any new marketing initiatives.
• Create scalable processes and procedures to manage and track new mark.
•Create an effective marketing and advertising campaign and manage all advertising
and promotional budgets by year and month for each community within the Division in
accordance with the budget established in the business plan.
• Coordinate, execute and attend a variety of functions outside of the office
environment including community openings, community events, and Realtor events.
