account/market objectives.
· Successfully participated in numerous distributor work-withes, dinners/brunches, festivals, on/off premise promos, tap
slams, joint brewery promos and educational events.
· Developed plans and goals for all Distributors including volume, distribution and seasonal releases.
· Conducted annual business plan meetings with Distributors to develop yearly goals for Volume, Distribution and
Investment.
· Identified and executed specific business development opportunities to grow share.
· Developed mutually agreed upon volume and distribution goals for Wholesalers under Distributor management.
· Identified market pricing opportunities and made recommendations including objectives for any change proposed.
· Notified and gained commitment from Distributors once price changes have been approved.
· Ensured target PTR/PTC’s are executed.
· Evaluated new product market-level pricing and determine go-to-market approach.
· Developed investment strategy at the Distributor Level for the upcoming year.
· Developed Annual Business Plan for Presidents/Directors review
· Monitored budget compliance and communicates regularly with Distributors.
· Implemented and executed new product roll out plans.
· Identified Distributors performance gaps to plan and recommend corrective actions.
· Developed the tactics and resource plan for initiatives to ensure effective execution and communicate plan of action.
· For volume initiatives that had already been launched, developed corrective actions where gaps existed and/or identified
opportunities for improvement.
· For volume initiative options under consideration, analyzed, prioritized and made recommendations for distributor’s
consideration.
· Gained commitment from the Distributor network to support the plan for each new initiative and ensure their cooperation
throughout the timeframe for execution.
· Ensured Distributors maintained adequate product inventory levels and demonstrated proper inventory rotation through
VIP and warehouse inspections.
· Worked with Distributors to prioritize supply chain issues related to code date/aging inventory problems and make
recommendations on most appropriate course of action.
