Two Minute Film Opening: Hustlers Scheme
There is evidence of proficiency in the creative use of many of the technical skills.
Footage:
There is good controlled use of the camera with good variety of shots and attention
to framing. Great attention to mise-en-scene and excellent use of an older actor to
set the scene.
Editing:
There are well placed cuts and transitions. A good attempt to add titles to show the
conventions of the industry. Good choice of music that fits with the genre. However
voiceover levels could be much better.
Sound:
Good choice of music that fits with the genre. However voiceover levels could be
much better.
Overall:
A very good film opening that fits the genre well. A good script which introduces
the character well.
