Alexisonfire is a post-hardcore / rock / indie band who
formed in 2001 and broke up in August 2011 to pursue
other interests.
They are locally formed from the St. Catharines & Hamilton
areas.
The 5 Core Members included: Chris Steele, Dallas Green,
George Pettit, Jesse Ingelevics and Jordan Hastings.

• Their first album did really well domestically, in
Canada.

Dallas Green began to work on solo material,
releasing his music as “City & Colour”
The Alexisonfire audience recognized this, and his
solo career is continuing to do very well.
Alexisonfire held one last tour in 2012, after breaking
up, for their supporting fans & to say goodbye.

Although Alexisonfire is less inclined to engage their

Last Christmas they promoted a released a band box
set that sold-out online in a mere 30 minutes. They
sold a limited 1000 copies for $250.00 each.
They still sell music online and in retail stores
They’re doing pretty well for a broken-up band, still
creating revenue.

Before, during & after Alexisonfire’s final tour, they
actively tweeted and retweeted photographs and
fans.
They understand social media is about intimacy and
shared themselves with fans both in attendance,
