Good afternoon. We want to thank you for coming to our session on personalized learning. My name is Rose Fry, I’m the director of EHS PLP program. With me today, I have our lead advisor Dr. Kathleen Lewis and our learning coach Gretchen Berns, our principal Noah Frances, and our superintendent Steve Woolf. We also have with us four students who will be introducing themselves to you shortly. You may be wondering what personalize learning is. We have an individual leaning plan for each student and we build an integrated curriculum around their goals and passions. It is standards and project based and requires research, in-depth thinking and a student designed creative product. Each project requires the students to have a live expert mentor in their field of study.
