3. Who is contributor?
Contributor………Values + Effectiveness
Contributors ‘make things happen’ + ‘the right way’.
A Contributor is someone who keeps the goals of the
organization at the center and still remains creative.
4. According to me Mr. Atul is a contributor.
Some of his thoughts and morals makes him a
contributor.
He has been working as an advocate since last 21 years.
5. First and the most important quality an advocate
should have that is truth and a belief that truth always
wins and he thinks the same.
He demonstrates his concern for the client he serves
and trusts the client which he deals with.
6. For him every case itself is a big challenge and he tries
out very hardly to achieve positive result for case and
he thinks that this way can learn many new things.
He considers an alternate thinking for solving his case.
7. Once he was in a situation where he has to select his
family member or truth and he selected truth.
The situation was like that he was fighting a case for
one of his relative who lied to him and he was fighting
case in his favor but as soon as he came to know the
truth he selected to be honest.
8. He is very obedient to seniors and very calm with
juniors.
He believes that even the smallest work should be
done with pride.
He believes in team work & work with patience.
9. He thinks that he is the man with inner strength and
he thinks that this is what the person should have to
achieve goals as well as money.
He believes that one should not be just externally
rewarded but also should have internal satisfaction.
10. If he fails in some cases he searches for the reason of
failure instead of blaming on anyone.
He believes that a person should have more practical
knowledge rather that bookish knowledge.
11. He reads book to develop knowledge and after than he
tries to imply practically what he reads.
I think all the above qualities are enough to prove that
he is a contributor.
But we know that no one can be a perfect contributor
,so we can say that he is partially contributor.
