and find an answer. They take
responsibility for ‘making
things happen’ in any
situation.
The Contributor’s focus is on
achieving the larger goals of
the team, rather than focusing
only on his/her own personal
success.
In short contributor works
beyond his/her duty.
I have make project on Dr.
Ashish Bhatt ,who is B.H.M.S.
I think he is a contributor, so i
went his clinic for his interview
and i asked him some
questions about contributor
personality development.
I got good response from him.
 Non-contributors usually
define themselves in terms of
what they have acquired in life
like qualifications, position,
years of experience, etc. This is
a static identity.
Contributors define themselves in
terms of what they will become or
accomplish like capacity to
deliver, commitment and
ownership of the organization’s
purpose, etc. This is a dynamic
identity based on your “being” and
“becoming”.
Such an identity lets you choose
to live a better future.
When i asked question to Dr.
Ashish about qualities to
become successful person ,he
give me answer that he fully
dedicate his work to his
senior or “guru”.
That’s why he is a dynamic
personality
Non-contributors define success
in terms of material success,
achievement, external impact, etc.
Contributors are include personal
fulfilment development of self-
esteem, ongoing development
of personal capabilities, etc. in the
terms of success.
Contributor always choose
opportunities to face challenges
and one’s own development are
more important than salary and
perks.
Dr. Bhatt also chooses an
opportunities to take challenges.
According to Dr. Ashish Bhatt
both internal and external
satisfaction as a success in the
job is important.
According to him external
success will be on the right
way.
The first aspect of the contributor
mindset is the contributor’s
willingness and capacity to find
solutions.
Contributors are focused on goals
and find appropriate methods to
achieve them within the
framework of the system.
According to Dr. Bhatt if our
seniors are not working as our
expectations for make them
work we have to do hard work
and do positive thinking and
faith in god.
When this happened our senior
faced us positively and they
make work.
He said that do not make
expectation from other, just
do work sincerely and trust
other.
Our work will speak and make
our juniors work.
Our work and our attitude will
learn them.
In every work, every role, there is
a possibility of contributing at
multiple levels - contributing to
self, contributing to organization,
and contributing to society.
Contributor “Contributes to
Society” goes beyond commercial
or organizational goals, and seeks
to achieve the goals or purposes
of the larger society.
According to Dr. Bhatt when
our society demand work from
us we should always do first as
a responsibility.
This work help us in our further
work or job.
And this will become
contribution for self and for
society.
Contributor have two types of
vision.
1. Short term vision
2. Long term vision
 When i asked Dr. Bhatt about
his vision ,he answer me that
he has long term vision not
short term vision.
His long term vision is to work
for the people and earn
money.
His message for the future
engineers or youth is that use
communication advantages
which come across in their life
and don’t give negative
feedback.
According to him faith in god,
hard working, take thing
positively, which makes you
more successful person.
Dr. Ashish Bhatt has many
characteristics of contributor.
That’s why he is partly
contributor.
