approach. They praise only the good aspects of
any persons or his working ignoring his
weakness and limitations.

He refers the internal development of qualities
They possess positive outlook about the life. They
possess emotional stability in case of failure.
Vision of success is the life approach followed by
contributory personalities.
The contributors vision of career:
The term career development describes the
distinction between the current state and some
historical state measured with the dimension of
time.
 The term career refers to an individual growth
through skill development.
The scope of contributor:
The unfilled need of any society is so large that
every person in the society can contribute in varied
and diverse manner.
As example education services through providing
weekend education is slum areas ,free of cost
coaching to poor but bright students, sympathy &
help to low caliber student.

•According to him qualities of a
successful employ:
To be a successful employ first you should be
loyal to your work & your company.Next is you
should choose your field according to your
interest so that you can give your best & you
can have job satisfaction and the most important
thing is to be specific to your point and be
confident in your decision.
•How he faced some challenges &
opportunities…
Particularly in his field he have to deal most
probably with problems. So, he took all
changes as an opportunity so that he can learn
many things from such challangers from all
possible challenges in his field.
According to him, what is a job
satisfaction???Internal or External???
Sir: According to me job satisfaction is internal
satisfaction when you will get internal satisfaction
as well as it will reflect in your work &
companies are ready all your external
satisfaction(salary and all incentives) by
observing your good performance.
And by the way internal success bound external
success…
•Believe in reward or opportunity???
He personally like to get rewarded for better
but if company doesn’t reward for good
performance then think one should give
satisfaction to itself & motivate your self…
As an engineer always believes in to see a
long term vision because long term vision
means to think for whole career and short term
vision means just think for a job in particular
company…
•How can convince juniors according
to his expectations…
It happens sometimes that junior doesn’t
work according to your expectations but if we
reward them to give good performances then
it may good result. The main thing is to keep
calm & never get angry on their bad
performances.
• How can convince the seniors that
they give support as his expectations…
Actually if you have done good performance in
future and have built their confidence in yours
decision then it will never happen that seniors
doesn’t support you , but if still it happens than
agree on their decision because they are seniors
they have more knowledge and experience then
your self.
• According to his what is contribution to
organization and how do to relate it to
society…
Contribution to an organization means to work
for the welfare & betterment of an organization.
By giving good performance in all attributes &
taking companies name in top in global world is
your contribution for your organization.
• Example of his personal experience
which demonstrate positive attitude
that “you can do”…
As told before his job is to deal with problems
in a system so he have to motivate his self every
time & have to tell his self from inside that yes
he can do it ,Initially it was very tough to handle
pressure & to troubleshoot problems & there is
a lot of pressure that what the higher authority
will tell if I failed to solve???But if we keep
calm then all things solved & by keeping
• Conclusion....
Today generation is always so no more suggestion but
few things want to tell that to understand anything go for
the basics of that topic it will make you a perfect
engineer & next thing ia always be calm and have
positive attitude to learn new things everyday and be a
student always.
