JOB PROFILES
 Implementation of the Safety policy and programs.
 To implement all the Safety rules of the company & Govt. Norms.
 Conducts seminar, an orientation program for newly hired employees.
 Providing continues education to employee by distributing safety publications, instructions, rules,
posters etc.
 Research and studies for the improvement of Safety at site.
 To give tool box meeting to workers.
 To do environmental awareness tool box meetings.
 To promote and maintain high Safety standards.
 Supervising the procurement and distribution of PPE.
 To enforce the proper use and care of PPE.
 To prepare emergency spill response plan.
 To organize and supervise emergency response team.
 To prepare checklist for proper waste removal and treatment.
 To conduct environmental inspections as per company environmental policy and procedures.
 Enhancing the 3 R Principle in job sites (reduce , reuse, recycle).
 Creating awareness about soil, air and water pollution and adopting means and plan to reduce and
avoid the same.
 Arrange & organize a monthly safety meeting with the entire sub-contractors Safety representative.
 Make employees able to understand the Safety signs and color code to eliminate the HAZARD.

 Periodically inspects of tools and other Safety related equipments & recommendation.

 Inspection to locate unsafe conditions or unsafe practices or malpractice.
 Prepares and submits inspection reports, investigates and study the causes and then recommends
corrective measures to decrease their frequency and prevents recurrence.
 Investigating the injuries, particularly the more serious one.
 Emergency Evacuation /Fire, Mock Drills, to conduct basic first aid.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN AIRPORT:
 Working as a shift supervisor in ramp operations.
 Supervising all ramp activities like aircraft loading, BMA, BBA and Cabin cleaning.
 Preparing daily duty allocations for the ramp staff and submit the daily shift report to Duty manager.
 Working as a LTL for passenger and cargo flights, working as a coordinator.
 Arranging and assigning a sufficient number of ULD’s for each allocated flight.
 Assigning a baggage unit for departure flight after confirming the serviceability.
 Scanning all the baggage to ensure that only authorized bags are forwarded to the aircraft for loading.
 If allocated to handle Rush bags Re-tag the Left-behind bags issue duplicate Tags for Rush bags.
 Segregation of the baggage in compliance with the customer airline requirements.
 Safe and timely delivery of baggage to the aircraft for loading.
