• Stress is the body's reaction to a change
that requires a physical, mental or
emotional adjustment or response.
• stress is a feeling experienced when a
person thinks that "the demands exceed
the personal and social resources the
individual is able to mobilize."

Stress that is healthy, or gives one a
feeling of fulfillment or other positive
feelings. Eustress is a process of exploring

It is concluded that there is moderate level
of stress with no significant difference in
different departments however no affect of
stress is found on job performance in the
selected organization.
