counterparties and record all the receiving invoices from other BU'S after get it
approval from Retained Organization(Clients) and also allocate to appropriate
Cost Centre.
• Run the AP Open Item Report from SAP and confirm all the payments to be made
to counterparties.
• Working on MACCS to get theatrical data.

2. • Evaluating the royalty amount which have to be paid to third party.
• Participation (Preparation of third party income statements).
• Preparing P&Ls to know profit or loss for that particular title.
• After the GL Close, Run the Marvin report to know the video data.
• Then follow up with the counterparties to resolve the mismatches.
• Preparation and posting of Month End Journals, Recurring Journals and
Prepayment Journals.
