Job Description:
Meet or exceed agreed budget revenue, business generation and Client Satisfaction targets for existing
Corporate sector clients
Develop relationships with key Corporate client personnel, including at the most senior levels with decision-making
& budget responsibility
Production and maintenance of account plans for agreed Corporate sector clients
Close liaison with the Nominated Consultants, Helpdesk and Operations to ensure that any Corporate client
issues are addressed in a timely manner
Close liaison with other Client Managers and Client Management Director
Active account management of assigned Corporate clients
Maintain up to date account plans for agreed Corporate clients
Routinely report on progress against revenue and profit targets
Monitor and manage all aspects of the service provided to key clients and achieve targeted satisfaction
ratings
Ensure that feedback is provided to the Client Management Director on Corporate clients’ perceptions and
experience of our products
Encourage Corporate sector client participation in user groups and our customer satisfaction programme
and facilitate demonstrations for products or services that may be useful to Corporate sector clients
Management of the regular processes of service level reporting, invoicing and information provision to
allocated accounts
Nurturing and encouraging Corporate sector clients to become reference sites
Provide intelligence to and work closely with other Business Units and the Product Team to develop ‘new ‘
value propositions for target market
Track record of successful client account management in the Corporate sector.
Account development within a software application business
Experience within the Corporate sector pensions market. Experience of practical use of formal account
development methodologies
