Job Profile:
• When posting the Credit Notes, the General Manager approval is mandatory. If it is not
there, it will sent back to the sales people to resubmit the Credit Note. The General
Manager Signature should be based on the product groups.
• While passing the rebates in the customer books, the rebate calculation should be less
than what actual is customer eligible to pay.
• If there are overdues and debits in the customer books, order can’t be released.
• Order can be processed after the receipt of overdues as well to get the clarity on the
debit portions.
• While posting the contractual rebates, the mandatory checks will be whether any
provisions are made for a particular outlet.
• If some of the invoices as short paid while posting the cheques, need to check whether
any sales reversals are there.
• While releasing the partial delivery orders, customer mail confirmation should be there.
• If there is a duplication in invoice while posting the credit notes, then the credit Note
copy will be sent back to sales people to resubmit the Credit Note as per the Sales Order
No.
