Today was the first day of internship. I attended a new hire training secession about 8 hours and heard about the history of Novogradac & Company
LLP, met the partners of the firm, completed all new hire paperwork and turned in to HR. In addition, I learned about ProSystem Engagement which
company has been using for audit and tax preparation software. At the end of the day, all intern received a tour of office and met their own team

Adnan's Guilty Analysis
From the evidence presented in the podcast and by the witnesses who claim to have seen Adnan Syed who can come to the conclusion that these
alibis are not valid because of inconsistencies and errors in the case. When it comes to Adnan's supposed alibi at the library, there are several errors

The LOC subjective test is defined in R v Richens and can be looked at subjectively taking into account the D's personal characteristics. Helen suffers
from a personality disorder with the symptoms being 'short temper and aggression when under stress', and also suffered months of violence from her
