pens and had profit margins over 20% of sales. Over the last five years Pen Co.
decided to start producing red and purple pens. They require the same basic

Manager Dennis Selmor is just seeing the financial results and is not happy with the
numbers.
The first issue that Pen Co. is facing is their decline in profitability. Even though the

Life After Death Death is terrifying. Almost everyone is afraid of the uncertain, and
what happens to each of us after we die is ironically one of the many unanswerable
questions of the living. Despite various explanations from different religions and
other theories, there is no definite answer regarding an afterlife. However there can
be some validation in saying that there is life after death because the memories of a
person remain alive among those who live. The dead affect the living. The dead
cast a shadow on the present, and force people to reflect on their mistakes. So even
after death, someone can have an impact on the actions of those they leave behind,
and this is where life and death intersect. There are many different ways in which the
dead affect the living, but perhaps the best examples can be seen through literature.
James Joyce was an Irish novelist, and no doubt one of the most influential writers of

judgments are neither matters of fact nor relations of ideas and so concludes that

Christine Palmer, his friend throughout his typical work day. The importance of
these first scenes is to show how important his hands are to him and the people

The early influence of Sergey and Larry to create a non traditional and university
environment led to the Burning Man retreat in a northern Nevada location. A few
months after this event, Sergey was working in the early morning on Halloween eve.

Public Attitudes Toward African Americans With Mental...
This paper examines the inequalities that African Americans with mental disabilities
face in their daily lives. It argues that this constituency receives inadequate medical
access and services, different treatment of their disability, and is highly stigmatized
as compared to Whites. In order to support my argument I examine public attitudes
towards blacks with mental illnesses, their depiction in the media, and contemporary
issues related to the topic. I draw on specific course concepts such as ableism and
use an intersectional approach to show that African Americans are not given the
proper attention they deserve. In the first section of this paper, I examine public
attitudes toward African Americans who have mental disabilities and how this affects
their treatment options. In the second section, I explore the limited portrayal of
blacks with mental disabilities in television and film. In the third and final section, I
discuss recent issues regarding the lack of Black disabilitystudies. By researching this
topic, I hope to bring more awareness and acceptance of African Americans with
mental disabilities. I also want to add more scholarship to the field, which is much
needed.

Foreign languages are a must in today s world. There are many needs for a second
language to be learned by everyone. The growing need to learn more languages is
becoming more apparent in the public world today. In order to fix this problem, the
school system needs to teach multiple foreign languages in order to grow as a
nation both mentally and culturally. Employers often look for potential candidates
with experience in one or more languages. They look for that due to the fact that
employers see languages skills as a benefit for a prospective employee
(Kruschewsky). Businesses need to account for the fact that some of their
consumers may not be able to speak the language that a majority of the workers do.
The industry has an obligation to make the customer comfortable and able to
understand in order to make a bigger profit off of those who speak a different
language. A possible wage earner may even be the only person in a 400 mile radius
