• To order and ensure the quality and quantity at the time of ordering
• Finalization of contract purchase orders and regular purchase orders
• Market surveys for rate comparison, more & better rates and services from other suppliers
• Releasing the advances to the suppliers with the copy of approved Purchase Order
• Sending the signed road permit and follow up for the material if delivered or to be delivered
• Cost controlling at the time of fluctuation

• Preparation of GRN & MIN (Good Receipt Note & Material Issue Note) through MMS
Showmen
• Executing all Day-to-Day Stores function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
• Overall Supervision and control with regards to store / purchase function.

• Maintain Stock Bin Card wise.
• Looking for the receiving areas, Store set up, Follow-up with the suppliers for day to day
requirement, fixing the timing for issue and receiving the materials, Receiving Indents,
