John Steinert is highly qualified individual who has

University, Wheeling, Illinois and received his Masters of

4. Professional History
It was during August 1994 when John Steinert started his
career as Social Studies Teacher at Woodland Middle
School, Gurnee, Illinois. After seven years, he joined
Highland Middle School, Libertyville, Illinois as Associate
Principal and served the school until July 2005. Thereafter,
he worked as Principal of Deer Path Middle School, Lake
Forest, Illinois until November 2011.
5. Recruiter of Talent
John Steinert led and developed over 130 staff members
which included certified, non-certified and support members.
He assumed the role of the recruiter and trainer of talent, and
identified viable candidates from different sources such as
databases, directories, personal networking etc. He helped
increase efficiency in upper management leadership by guiding
other administrators about the issues, processes and policies
in HR procedures. He mentored and trained staff members
toward the achievement of organizational goals and
improvement plans.
6. Served as Change Agent
John Steinert introduced an efficient online evaluation
system, focusing on changing instructional practices,
which resulted into 20 percent increase in the
achievement of objectives. Using collaborative
approach, he helped teams and individuals achieve
common, shared goals. In addition to this, John
provided training on staff personality assessments,
