all about what i have learned through the process of making my product e.g. my music magazine.

1. I have learned a lot about different technologies I have
used for me to complete my task of created my music
magazine. The first thing I have learned to use is a digital
slr camera, in this case a Nikon D60 SLR. I learned how to
adjust the setting son the camera to get the best possible
images. For example by changing the preference to
portrait, which reduces the field of view. And changing the
shutter speed to gain more exposure and take in more
light.

2. Another form of technology I have learned to
use is Adobe Photoshop, this is an image
manipulation software, where you can change
the true image into a perfect image, e.g. get
rid of spots on the models face, change the
exposure to make the image lighter or darker
and add on a cooler or warmer to bring the
colours blue and red right out.

3. I have also used a lot of internet sites that
come under the bracket of web 2.0, like
blogger to post all of my work and progress of
the process of creating my magazine up to
date and youtube to look at examples of other
magazines that I can get ideas from and use to
also help me produce my magazine.

4. And finally I have used a lot of desktop
publishing software, like Adobe InDesign
which helps you create a whole template to
work around, for me it was to create a
contents page and double page spread for my
magazine, I have learned so much from this
like to create margins, gutters between
margins and to make every line I create to be
in line with all the others.
