1. For my media product I would be using a
mainstream distributor to distribute my
magazine as my magazine can be available to all
types of people. It also will be appropriate for
my target audience as my target audience are
very mainstream people and like things that are
popular.

2. A company that would be appropriate for my
magazine would be WH Smiths as it is a very
popular and successful company that sells a
range of music magazines of all genres.

3. I have chosen this strategy as it is more
available to my target audience. As they are
music and fashion lovers they would like to
purchase there magazine some where that is
very popular and successful. So if they were
saw in this shop it wouldn’t be classed as “un-
cool”.

4. I will also be using a multiplatform strategy to
distribute my magazine. For example I think
my magazine would be very successful as an
app on an iphone or ipad. As my target
audience would most likely have these devices
it would be extremely useful for them.

5. I believe that if I use a multiplatform way of
distributing my magazine that it will make a
lot of profit, as it is very easy to convert to an
app, my target audience are more than likely
to have an apple device. But my magazine isn't
exactly a niche product I still believe that it has
more to offer than the competition. It is more
in tune with teenagers as I have designed and
created it with teenagers in mind.
