• This document is set up for the for general visual
based still image production.
• This document is not exhaustive and you can add
new elements and remove elements that may not
be appropriate for your chosen product type. For
example:
– Moving image- you do not need to do layout plans but
you will need to conduct storyboard and add them to
this document
• Only slides with titles in BLUE can be deleted.
Everything else is necessary for the unit.
Style sheet
I chose these colours as I find these colours
represent the games the most welcoming and
makes the event seem relaxed as they're unformal
as an younger audience would find the festival to
be tedious and not interesting. I used the adobe
color palette to help me find the right colours with
my festival and also that I could use the colours to
show the right emotions towards the festival
because if I used colours such as red black and
yellow together it would connote danger and give a
serious out look on the festival. The different
shades of a single colour allow me to see how light I
should have my products with out the brightness of
the colours being too much for the audience and
making the products look immature.
Style sheetheading/ title
I like this font as it is a san
serif font that has a heavy
weight to it. This helps the
stand out more and catch the
customers eye. The italic
suggests it is a relaxed which
is a good way to appeal to
younger audiences. As the
font is very sharp ended
which gives a powerful effect
and makes the text seem
more important which would
be good for a heading
I chose this font as it is very
rounded which gives a
relaxed effect to the font
and would work well for a
younger audience as they
would feel more welcomed
by the font and not put off
by the formality of the text.
I'm not very keen on the
kerning of the title as I feel
the text is a little too spaced
out so I would have to
change the kerning of the
text
I like this font as it is very
thick and bold which would
work well as the head line
as it will be eye catching and
also fun as it is quite
rounded and easy on the
eyes. I also like the kerning
on the lettering as I would
be useful as it would not
take up much room on the
page which will free up
space for things like images
and other text that will help
the sale of tickets.
Hauser is a very thick font that
would take up lots of space but
very useful for getting important
information across to the
audience, this would be useful
for getting the audience to
remember something such as the
heading or making sure the
audience see big selling points
such as celebrity appearances or
new items they can try out. As it
is san serif it makes the text looks
more inviting than a formal font
which would look unappealing to
my audience
The carbon font is very
rounded font which is good
for an informal product the
san serif text type makes the
event seem more relaxed and
inviting to customers which
would be good for my event
as it is to be enjoyed in
recreational time. The
lettering of the font is very
straight and upright which
suggests power and
dominance which would is
good as a headline.
I think this font, battleground
is my favourite font and the
one I shall be using for my
headline as it has a very heavy
weight so it will stand out
more on the product. I like
the kerning of the text as it is
very tight. I also like that the
‘A’ is a little different to the
rest of the lettering which
would make the title more
memorable to my audience. I
will be using this san serif font
is very straight and up right
which would make the look
powerful and important.
This font is very thick and
bold which would be good
way to catch the eye of the
audience. I don’t like the fact
that the letters are so broad
this makes them look a little
stretched, if I was to use this
font I’d would have to make
the letters thinner which
would free up more space in
the title. Altering the letters
so that they are thinner
would allow me to have a
larger text but also keep the
text on one line which would
free more space up for
images and subheadings that
would appeal to my
audience.
This font is a thick and really
heavy weighted font which
would be good for a title. I also
like the alterations in some of the
letters as it would make the text
more memorable. The kerning of
the letter is very tight which
helps to make the text look more
powerful and stand out more on
the product. The lettering in the
font is very straight up which
makes the text look like it has
high importance which would
make the customer be more
inclined to reading it. This font is
going to be my second choice if I
decide my first font
(battleground) does not suit my
product better.

I used the adobe color palette to help me find the right colours with my festival and also that I could use the colours to show the right emotions towards the festival because if I used colours such as red black and yellow together it would connote danger and give a serious out look on the festival. The different shades of a single colour allow me to see how light I should have my products with out the brightness of the colours being too much for the audience and making the products look immature.
  • 4. Style sheetheading/ title I like this font as it is a san serif font that has a heavy weight to it. This helps the stand out more and catch the customers eye. The italic suggests it is a relaxed which is a good way to appeal to younger audiences. As the font is very sharp ended which gives a powerful effect and makes the text seem more important which would be good for a heading I chose this font as it is very rounded which gives a relaxed effect to the font and would work well for a younger audience as they would feel more welcomed by the font and not put off by the formality of the text. I'm not very keen on the kerning of the title as I feel the text is a little too spaced out so I would have to change the kerning of the text I like this font as it is very thick and bold which would work well as the head line as it will be eye catching and also fun as it is quite rounded and easy on the eyes. I also like the kerning on the lettering as I would be useful as it would not take up much room on the page which will free up space for things like images and other text that will help the sale of tickets. Hauser is a very thick font that would take up lots of space but very useful for getting important information across to the audience, this would be useful for getting the audience to remember something such as the heading or making sure the audience see big selling points such as celebrity appearances or new items they can try out. As it is san serif it makes the text looks more inviting than a formal font which would look unappealing to my audience The carbon font is very rounded font which is good for an informal product the san serif text type makes the event seem more relaxed and inviting to customers which would be good for my event as it is to be enjoyed in recreational time. The lettering of the font is very straight and upright which suggests power and dominance which would is good as a headline. I think this font, battleground is my favourite font and the one I shall be using for my headline as it has a very heavy weight so it will stand out more on the product. I like the kerning of the text as it is very tight. I also like that the ‘A’ is a little different to the rest of the lettering which would make the title more memorable to my audience. I will be using this san serif font is very straight and up right which would make the look powerful and important. This font is very thick and bold which would be good way to catch the eye of the audience. I don’t like the fact that the letters are so broad this makes them look a little stretched, if I was to use this font I’d would have to make the letters thinner which would free up more space in the title. Altering the letters so that they are thinner would allow me to have a larger text but also keep the text on one line which would free more space up for images and subheadings that would appeal to my audience. This font is a thick and really heavy weighted font which would be good for a title. I also like the alterations in some of the letters as it would make the text more memorable. The kerning of the letter is very tight which helps to make the text look more powerful and stand out more on the product. The lettering in the font is very straight up which makes the text look like it has high importance which would make the customer be more inclined to reading it. This font is going to be my second choice if I decide my first font (battleground) does not suit my product better.
