Accomplishments:
Achieved national recognition, i. e., 1st
in KLAS.
Launched new products which became the highest growth products for the
company by 2008 (both sourced from a South Korean vendor).
Established new processes by leveraging information technology tools such as
Monte-Carlo simulation models, data-cubes and business case templates to
reduce risk of missing release deadlines, save hundreds of QA hours/release,
create software release dashboards and prioritize projects.
Incorporated statistical techniques in a inventory management optimization
feature used to prevent 1,000’s of stock out events per year.
Focused on innovation efforts that produced proof-of-concepts in several new
technologies ( incl. Voice recognition, digital pen and RFID) which also resulted
in Intellectual Property and US Patent applications.
Used the “Voice of the Customer” to produce several enhancements that will

Used multimedia products like Camtasia to produce sales training videos.
Utilized Business Intelligence software, online surveys and on-site observational

Manager of Professional Services (June2000-2004)
Responsible for Customer Engagement and Development team activities for the
implementation of online Catalog and Ordering applications; Requirements, Process
Definition, Prototyping, Design Reviews, Quality Assurance, & Performance metrics.
Accomplishments:
• Successfully customized and delivered two catalog-order websites for
Honeywell, Incorporated. The sites served 1,000 Dealers 22/7, produced over
60,000 catalog-order transactions/month.
• Managed multiple phase development projects with a team of 6 developers and
