Belt and Black Belt courses, my team successfully restructured the Submarine Repair Department R6 Division into a fluid and

• PERRENIAL MANAGER: Changed the landscape of the Ship Superintendents through superior administration, project planning,
production control and coordination. Through the utilization of NSSF Repair computer programs such as Integrated Work
Schedule (IWS), Work Integration Scheduling Program (WISP) and Maintenance Resource Management System (MRMS); the
team trained production personnel, coordinated project schedules, managed assets and executed over 30000 corrective
maintenance actions. Professionally managing the 12 Ship Superintendents through mentorship and guidance, my team executed
complex coordinated and management efforts comprised of a total workforce of approximately 1200 personnel, accounting for
over 1,350,380 working person-hours through 20 CNO Submarine Repair availabilities via 25 external maintenance activities,
which includes shipyard executives, personnel and the tended units of the Groton waterfront.
