which a person can communicate.

the massage sender is able to put

wishes to express and the receiver of
the message is also capable of

in every communication event, there are
four basic elements the sender, the
message, the channel, and the receive. The

“You are not listening” and “You do not
understand”.

You see your own reflection doing

SYNTHESIZING You know that
you are listening to someone when you
can actually repeat what that order
person has said

SYNTHESIZING
If you want to assure understanding of what one
has said, you can always summarize or synthesize
that person’s speech. By asking such question as;
“What do you mean? ”Why did you say that?” ,
“How do you know?” , or “Is this what you mean?”
,”why did you say that?”, How do you know?” or “is
this what you mean….?” , you get better grasp of

OR PROBING.
Finally, if you do not understand what your friend
is saying . You can simply ask for clarification. By
asking such question as; “ What do you mean? ”
Why did you say that?” , “How do you know?” , or
“Is this what you mean?” ,”why did you say that?”,
How do you know?” or “is this what you mean….?” ,
you get better grasp of what your friend wants to
