2. Kindness is marked by charitable
behavior, a mild disposition,
pleasantness, tenderness, and concern
for others. When you do kind deeds,
you do not expect anything in return.
You just want to someone in need.

3. On the other hand, Generosity is
caused by emotions you feel
towards the person you want to
help. This enables you to good to
do good to others unconsciously.

4. Kindness and Generosity are
personal qualities that drive you to
help those on need. Possessing
these qualities can help you in
expressing your gratitude for the
good done to you by others.

5. According to Dr. Robert Emmons, there are
two stages in the feeling of gratitude;
1.To show gratitude, one must recognize
the good things received in life.
2. Gratitude is way of distinguishing
goodness that come from others.

6. These stages in the feeling of gratitude
help recognizing all the people who
have done good things to you and have
helped you to be who you are today.
