This document describes a system for monitoring the performance of induction motors using IoT. Sensors are used to measure parameters like temperature, voltage, and vibration of operating induction motors. An Arduino microcontroller collects data from the sensors and sends it over WiFi to a cloud database. The system can detect abnormal conditions like undervoltage, overvoltage, or high vibration/temperature. When faults are detected, the Arduino sends a signal to shut off the motor. This allows remote monitoring of motor performance and automatic protection against operating faults to improve reliability and reduce downtime. Test results confirmed the system's ability to successfully monitor induction motors using IoT technology.
