I. INTRODUCTION
Every Students desire quality education from the top level
of educational institute’s, to get job in good companies and
earn a wealthy good income. So they can fulfill their as well
as their family needs. As the students need to go away from
their hometown to another city after they get gob in good
companies. They search for the nearby service provider
with great test.
In both the cases students and employees as they are new
in the city which is bigger than their hometown. It can be
possible that they might be visiting that city for the first
time
It is a very hectic job for both of them to find a good mess
in their surrounding which should be cheaper and taste
must also be good.
After analyzing problem of the user (student and
employee) an idea of developing this web portal” HUNGRY
WHEELS” is proposed. In this, there is nearby service
provider with great taste and reasonable.
In this web portal user can search mess service provider
by inserting their location and the nearby mess will be
shown to him on the map or he can also enter the location
where he wants to search the mess.
User will get the list of mess provider in the particular area
whichever he entered as and there he can also get the
details of the mess service provider according to his
criteria.
In this web portal user can check menu, prices and can
order home delivery or take away whichever is convenient
for the user and they can leave the review and ratings for
the particular hungry wheel’s service provider. One of the
main feature of our web portal is that the user can register
with particular mess service provider on monthly basis or
as per offered by the mess service provider and pay online
or as it is convenient for the user.
II. LITERATURE SURVEY
Hungry Wheels is the some what different and new
concept in the software field.
There has been no work on the above topic. But it is similar
to the concept of online restaurant applications (such as –
Zomato, Food Panda, etc.). It is real life problem faced by
many people who leave their hometown and shift to
another city for education, job or any other purpose.
It is very hard when we migrate to new city and search for
good mess service provider in in our local area. Following
are the similar web portals which are only for restaurant: -
1. Zomato: - In this web portal only restaurant is
included which is not sufficient for hostelite or
students or employee as it is not affordable by
everyone.
In this portal you can just browse the menu,
timing, address and home delivery option of the
restaurant.
As only restaurants are listed in this web portal,
we cannot register for the monthly basis as the
facility is not available and not affordable for
everybody.
2. Food panda: - In this web portal too the
restaurants are listed but the additional feature is
that it provides
III. PROPOSED SYSTEM
The web portal “Hungry Wheels” it is the solution of all the
problems faced by the people. This portal provides user
friendly interaction and make it easy to the user to search
for the mess service provider in nearby locality which
make user convenient to use this web portal. User can
register online and also pay online to the mess service
provider whichever user wants.
On this portal the user can enter the location (eg-Kothrud)
and the type of mess he desires (veg or non-veg) and
search for the mess service provider as per the location
entered.
Abstract — In today’s world, people migrate from one city
to another for job purpose, students migrate for study etc. .
After migrating the main problem is of lunch and dinner.
As everyday going to hotel may not be affordable it cost
very high. And we not know about hygiene which they
maintain. In today’s world of computer people uses various
app for finding places they want also they order food from
various apps like Zomato, Food Panda so why not Hungry
Wheels in our web portal is according to their Taste and
choice.

He will get the list of mess service provider where he can
see ambience of the mess via images if available along with
price and timings.
If he wants to get more information of a particular mess,
then he can click on option available for detail information
and the user will be directed to the new page where he will
get whole details and information of the mess. User will get
to see the images, menu, prices, address, map, reviews,
ratings, etc. of the particular mess service provider.
On the same page user will also have option for registering
to that particular service provider. If user has already
registered on the web portal, then user has to login and
then the user can register with particular mess and can pay
online (optional). User can also order online for home
delivery and can pay cash after delivery or online as per
user’s wish.
In this portal there are following modules: -
1. Admin: This maintains all the activities going on
the web portal and keep check on all the activities
on this web portal. He is the one which will
maintain all the database of the users and mess
service provider. He will do direct payment from
user to specific mess service provider.
2. Service Provider: Provider will have some
privileges of the admin. They will keep check on
the user who is active on this web portal if any
new user has registered. They ensure on user
being satisfied by their service and if not then they
will check their flaws and improve their services
so that the user gets satisfied.
3. User: User is the main entity of this web portal
where he can register, order and communicate
with the mess service provider. It will help user to
reduce his work of searching the mess service
provider near the user’s specific location or as per
his convenience. User can be anyone and there are
no restrictions as for sex, age, etc. anyone can
register on our portal. User has to register only
once and he can use the same account for any
activity desired on our website (e.g. Register;
leave a review, ratings, etc.

IV. ADVANTAGES
 You get your food easily without putting in the
efforts to make it (or even hunt for it if we
consider prehistoric times).
 You can choose from variety of options.
 You can get food in reasonable price.
 You can order any time at your convenience.
 No standing in lines.
V. DISADVANTAGES
 For long distance it is not feasible for facing low
food delivery budget.
 Limited Number of menu choices.
 Frozen meal can be cooked and deliver due to time
constraints.
 In food ordering app food may not be good as it
appears.
VI. CONCLUSIONS
Many popular sites such as Zomato, Food panda, etc. are
available in the markets, but basically, they provide
services in searching of restaurants, Hotels, etc. Practically
it is not feasible for everyone to daily have food in
restaurants. And these sites hungry wheels provide to
search Mess Service Provider.
 This portal will provide customers to search the
near-by Mess Service.

 This portal will help in filling the gap between the
Users and Mess Provider to get ease touch through
technology.
 A system will be developed which will be user
friendly, providing services which enables user to
book table, order and pay online with a motto of
saving the time and energy of both, customer as
well as mess.
 The main motive of this site is to become a
communication bridge between users and
restaurants so that communication will take place
more effectively.

I. INTRODUCTION Every Students desire quality education from the top level of educational institute’s, to get job in good companies and earn a wealthy good income. So they can fulfill their as well as their family needs. As the students need to go away from their hometown to another city after they get gob in good companies. They search for the nearby service provider with great test. In both the cases students and employees as they are new in the city which is bigger than their hometown. It can be possible that they might be visiting that city for the first time It is a very hectic job for both of them to find a good mess in their surrounding which should be cheaper and taste must also be good. After analyzing problem of the user (student and employee) an idea of developing this web portal” HUNGRY WHEELS” is proposed. In this, there is nearby service provider with great taste and reasonable. In this web portal user can search mess service provider by inserting their location and the nearby mess will be shown to him on the map or he can also enter the location where he wants to search the mess. User will get the list of mess provider in the particular area whichever he entered as and there he can also get the details of the mess service provider according to his criteria. In this web portal user can check menu, prices and can order home delivery or take away whichever is convenient for the user and they can leave the review and ratings for the particular hungry wheel’s service provider. One of the main feature of our web portal is that the user can register with particular mess service provider on monthly basis or as per offered by the mess service provider and pay online or as it is convenient for the user. II. LITERATURE SURVEY Hungry Wheels is the some what different and new concept in the software field. There has been no work on the above topic. But it is similar to the concept of online restaurant applications (such as – Zomato, Food Panda, etc.). It is real life problem faced by many people who leave their hometown and shift to another city for education, job or any other purpose. It is very hard when we migrate to new city and search for good mess service provider in in our local area. Following are the similar web portals which are only for restaurant: - 1. Zomato: - In this web portal only restaurant is included which is not sufficient for hostelite or students or employee as it is not affordable by everyone. In this portal you can just browse the menu, timing, address and home delivery option of the restaurant. As only restaurants are listed in this web portal, we cannot register for the monthly basis as the facility is not available and not affordable for everybody. 2. Food panda: - In this web portal too the restaurants are listed but the additional feature is that it provides III. PROPOSED SYSTEM The web portal “Hungry Wheels” it is the solution of all the problems faced by the people. This portal provides user friendly interaction and make it easy to the user to search for the mess service provider in nearby locality which make user convenient to use this web portal. User can register online and also pay online to the mess service provider whichever user wants. On this portal the user can enter the location (eg-Kothrud) and the type of mess he desires (veg or non-veg) and search for the mess service provider as per the location entered. Abstract — In today’s world, people migrate from one city to another for job purpose, students migrate for study etc. . After migrating the main problem is of lunch and dinner. As everyday going to hotel may not be affordable it cost very high. And we not know about hygiene which they maintain. In today’s world of computer people uses various app for finding places they want also they order food from various apps like Zomato, Food Panda so why not Hungry Wheels in our web portal is according to their Taste and choice.

If he wants to get more information of a particular mess, then he can click on option available for detail information and the user will be directed to the new page where he will get whole details and information of the mess. User will get to see the images, menu, prices, address, map, reviews, ratings, etc. of the particular mess service provider. On the same page user will also have option for registering to that particular service provider. If user has already registered on the web portal, then user has to login and then the user can register with particular mess and can pay online (optional). User can also order online for home delivery and can pay cash after delivery or online as per user’s wish. In this portal there are following modules: - 1. Admin: This maintains all the activities going on the web portal and keep check on all the activities on this web portal. He is the one which will maintain all the database of the users and mess service provider. He will do direct payment from user to specific mess service provider. 2. Service Provider: Provider will have some privileges of the admin. They will keep check on the user who is active on this web portal if any new user has registered. They ensure on user being satisfied by their service and if not then they will check their flaws and improve their services so that the user gets satisfied. 3. User: User is the main entity of this web portal where he can register, order and communicate with the mess service provider. It will help user to reduce his work of searching the mess service provider near the user’s specific location or as per his convenience. User can be anyone and there are no restrictions as for sex, age, etc. anyone can register on our portal. User has to register only once and he can use the same account for any activity desired on our website (e.g. Register; leave a review, ratings, etc. ARCHITECTURE DIAGRAM: IV. ADVANTAGES  You get your food easily without putting in the efforts to make it (or even hunt for it if we consider prehistoric times).  You can choose from variety of options.  You can get food in reasonable price.  You can order any time at your convenience.  No standing in lines. V. DISADVANTAGES  For long distance it is not feasible for facing low food delivery budget.  Limited Number of menu choices.  Frozen meal can be cooked and deliver due to time constraints.  In food ordering app food may not be good as it appears. VI. CONCLUSIONS Many popular sites such as Zomato, Food panda, etc. are available in the markets, but basically, they provide services in searching of restaurants, Hotels, etc. Practically it is not feasible for everyone to daily have food in restaurants. And these sites hungry wheels provide to search Mess Service Provider.  This portal will provide customers to search the near-by Mess Service.
